| Stan's headers are 16 gage tube (heavier than most) except when code is "5" or when ending in -14 (these are 14 gage .083 tube with 3/8" flanges). All headers are ground flat on all gasket surfaces. All part numbers ending in "Y" are "TRI_Y DESIGN" for more horsepower and torque for RV, street or towing.

| We make regular headers and exhaust as well as a line of extra heavy headers with extra thick flanges. All headers come RAW (No Coating). Chrome or Ceramic coatings are available at an additional cost. Most of our headers are a "TRI Y" design. This makes more horsepower and torque up to about 5500 R.P.M. We still make custom headers and custom build special exhaust systems for vehicles that we don't make production sets for.

| Stainless Steel

| Stan's now offers stainless steel headers! Built with 3/8" thick, #304 alloy flanges with #409 alloy tubes and collectors; these are a work of art. For a little extra they can be polished to an eye popping shine! Current production stainless headers have "SS" added to the part number and are highlighted in Fuchia. We can build any of our production headers in Stainless. Please contact us for details.
